This is the award-winning treat that started Little Apple Treats and my love of candy making! This caramel is my original recipe with toasted almonds, the perfect amount of cinnamon (just a touch!) and lots of vanilla. It was so delicious that it sparked the making of the rest of our caramel flavors. The perfect buttery, sweet caramel made with apple cider from our fresh-pressed apples. You cannot go wrong with this flavor!

All our luxurious caramels start as freshly-pressed cider, made from the heirloom apples we grow on our Sonoma County organic farm. We slow-cook our candies to buttery perfection using local butter and cream, toasted California almonds + freshly ground spices. We dust every caramel with our Pink Pearl apple powder and vanilla bean sea salt to create both a delicious and beautiful treat!
